how you felt
Ans-One time when I really needed to use my imagination was when I was creating a travel video about Spiti Valley. It happened last year after I came back from the trip. I had captured many videos and photos, but I did not have drone shots or some cinematic footage that most travel documentaries usually include. So I had to use my imagination to make the video more engaging and unique.
Instead of focusing only on beautiful visuals, I imagined myself as a storyteller and even as a newspaper journalist reporting from Spiti. I created a concept where I showed myself exploring the valley, interacting with locals, and observing daily life, as if I was documenting a real-life story. I imagined how the audience would feel while watching it — what kind of scenes would create emotion, curiosity, and excitement. I carefully selected background music and arranged clips in a way that made the journey look adventurous and meaningful.
At first, it was a bit difficult because I felt limited by the footage I had. I thought my video would not look as professional as others. But once I started thinking creatively, it actually became easier. I realized that imagination can sometimes be more powerful than expensive equipment. By using creative angles, slow-motion shots, and meaningful captions, I was able to turn simple clips into a compelling story.
In the end, I felt very proud and satisfied. The process taught me that imagination is an important skill, especially for someone like me who loves traveling and creating content. It helped me understand that even with limited resources, creativity can make something ordinary look extraordinary.
